A wedding without dancing is not a wedding!

You can safely equate the words “dance” and “life” for Dmitri Grabovski. Dmitry is the President of the Association of Sports Dance of the Republic of Moldova “Exclusiv” and the champion of Moldova in sports dancing.
“The wedding dance has a special task,” says Dmitry. – It should be not just a production, but a bright, memorable performance, often with elements of a show. You will say that it is difficult and impracticable? Nothing like this! The main thing is desire and a conscientious approach to deal”
In our country, weddings are very spectacular, while originality and exclusiveness are at a high price. “Therefore, we try to make each performance unique, – And to convince the couples that the main thing in their dance is the zest. But everyone has their own! ”
Dmitry Grabovsky gave several useful recommendations to future couples especially for the SPLENDID magazine:
– It is best to start learning the dance two months before the wedding and purchase a subscription for 10 lessons. Then, practicing about once a week, you can master not only a beautiful, original production, but also learn it well in order to perform brightly and with dignity at the celebration itself.
– In average, a wedding dance lasts from two and a half to three minutes. For those who feel especially integral in movement, you can put on two different dances in style – this is always advantageous.
– The directors can combine the performance of the newlyweds with the dance of the God parents, and of the witnesses, and even of the show ballet. The result will be a spectacular and beautiful composition.
– The rumba rhythm is ideal for a wedding dance. It contains a lot of modern songs, so the selection of music will not be a problem. At the same time, both elements of a waltz and any popular directions will organically fit into the canvas of the dance.
– Record your dance lessons as you practice your dance. This will help you not to forget anything and exercise at a convenient time. Repeating the movements is a must, so you train muscle memory and you will not go wrong by succumbing to excitement.
– Do not believe the popular opinion that the performance of professional dancers at a wedding can “overshadow” the dance of young people. Your dance is unique, unrepeatable, and therefore no pro will dance better than you!
