ZUMBA is a fitness based on Latin American and other international music. The session combines a combination of fast and slow rhythm, which improves the body. Zumba is a combination of energetic dance and hard training. The biggest fitness movement in the world!
ADULTS are accepted from 18 years old, BECAUSE THIS AGE IS CONSIDERED AN ADULT, BUT ALL AGES ARE PRESENT IN THE GROUP, there are also 30 years old and 40 years old and older. But this does not prevent the group from working rhythmically and incendiaryly – age does not bother anyone, because everyone came to learn how to dance beautifully for themselves. The beginner group is always present, who reaches a certain level, receives a diploma and moves to a more advanced group. There are more than 20 types of dances in the group, there is also latina and ballroom dances, waltz, cha-cha, salsa, bachata, tango, jive, rumba, rock-in-roll and much more, a week of learning one dance, then another, through we return for a while, we always repeat the dances, in general, even the most wooden dancer can learn to dance. Classes take 1 hour, the first 10-15 minutes is an intensive warm-up and stretching, then 30-40 minutes the dance technique is learned and a small composition is put on, then the composition is danced. You can come in pairs – it’s more fun, you don’t have to come in pairs.
If you want to participate in competitions or concerts, we can arrange it for you, since we are part of international organizations.
The groups are not large 10-15 people, but this is not a lot since we have large halls with mirrors and a good repair. There are groups in the center and at botanica. In other halls, your children can dance in parallel, we have many groups and dance styles.
